If you are think of "Golden Oaks" as a nice place you better look else where, this is not a good place for the elderly, they do not treat the residents with respect, in fact I would call it abuse. I can not believe that no one ever checks to see how the place is managed. They only get one star because you have to give them something to submit. In reality it should be a minus 10.
