      I am a new member and lost my card within a few days of receiving it. I emailed GCA asking for a replacement and said I would be willing to pay for it. Within 24 hours GCA replied by email with a copy of my card attached. Then with a few days I received a replacement card, free of any cost, by mail. I am very pleased to be a member and appreciate the professional way they treat members. Thank you, Jack Graves
