Came out to our home in the fall and then spring (3 different visits) and never got our system functional. Installed a rain sensor directly below guttering where it is not exposed to the rain. Would tell us they were coming out one of 2 days and want to be assured we would be there, but then they never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming out. After not hearing back for 4 days went to another company that came out the next day and stayed til the job was finished. Wish we woul have called the other guys first!!!
