Dr. Regier is a great dentist and provides great customer service as does his staff. I have been going to Dr. Regier for 7 or 8 years now and not only are the standard cleanings handled well, he always goes above and beyond. My husband experienced some pain after a procedure and Randy came in at my husband's convenience, not his own, to take care of it. He has provided us with his cell number whenever we have a procedure in the event that I experience pain later. He is currently out of network for us, but I will gladly pay the extra between his rate and the in network rate in order to continue seeing him. Not that his rates are high, I believe the difference is $3, but it would be worth it to me regardless of the dollar amount. I have never written a review out here before, but Dr. Regier is worth the effort.

Wow...I took the referral of a dear friend/co-worker who would only say that she had referred others to ""Randy"" and was very happy with their decision. I called to make my initial appointment for a routine cleaning and they scheduled me two weeks out which is GREAT because that way he can treat the other regularly scheduled patients and still leave room for ""emergencies"" so I was good with that. A few days later I had a serious bout with EXTREME ""cold"" sensitivity. I called on the outside chance of getting placed on a ""waiting list for cancellations"" which some doctors have and the receptionist (which I cannot say enough GREAT things about) ""Lea"" said I could come in the next day! Not only did I feel welcome by his staff, but Dr. Regier came into the examining room extended his hand as he introduced himself by saying, ""Are you Donna? Hello, I am Randy."" NOT DOCTOR REGIER...just ""Randy"". His ""bedside manner"" is so comforting and right away he makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. His exam was painless and his assistants are so very conscientious to be gentle and considerate letting you know what they want to do, how they will do it and want to make sure you are alright. I had several questions and ""Randy"" sat and with direct eye contact listened to every word and asked questions for clarification. Then he provided all the information necessary to meet my needs. If I had to be constructively critical...""his jokes are terrible"" self-admittedly, but that's okay..his staff have some good one's passed on from other patients! Ask about the difference between a Harley Motorcycle and a Hoover Vacuum Cleaner! It's killer! And so is Dr. Randy Regier's staff and his techniques. He's AWESOME!
