I cannot thank Davids Bridal enough! Our stylist, Nicole, went above and beyond to not only help me find my perfect wedding dress, but all of our bridesmaids dresses as well. Although bridesmaids dresses werent on their schedule with my appointment time, Nicole spent 3 hours making sure each of us had a dress before we left. We are all extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you so much!

Every part of my shopping was a struggle.

I left in tears the day I got my wedding dress. I was ignored until 20 minutes past my schedule time. They took 2 walk ins 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, even though I was already there. They yelled at my mom for pulling a dress out for me, even though no one was helping me. They left me in a dressing room in nothing but undergarments for about 10 minutes. I finally had to walk out in my undergarments to remind her I did not have a dress to try on. I had said yes to my dress, and she just walked off to help someone else. I stood and waited 10-15 minutes to "ring the bell". They were 30 minutes late helping us for my bridesmaids appointment. They told us after 30 minutes that we needed to finish, even though THEY were late. I was hung up on multiple times during phone calls because they had the wrong wedding date.

Now that mine is in hand, I am done!

Horrible service!! Unorganized! I have not had even one pleasant experience going into that place at all. I bought my dress, 2 Flower Girls Dresses, and 8 Bridesmaids dresses there. You would think they would give you some personal attention and they don't. The shoes I ordered ended up on the sales floor and I found them. They make it really hard for you to enjoy planning your wedding. They will turn any happy Bride to Be into a Bridezilla in seconds. Avoid at all cost!!

My bridesmaids and I were really picky about our dresses, our sales lady was so sweet to us and made the experience exactly what I dreamed of. I am a plus size girl and had no reason to believe I was being treated differently! I would recommend the North KC store to anyone.. Our sales lady's name was Lindsey, she was very fast with our request and fit in perfect with my family and friends! Thank you so much for making my special day a perfect day :)

If you are a plus size woman I do NOT reccomend going here. You will be treated horribly and they most likely will call you fat. I now know three people (including a relative) who have been treated as such. I'm astonished at how mean some of these ladies can be. If you want to be treated like a human being please go somewhere else.

I bought my wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses from Davids Bridal (meaning we spent a lot of time and money on this place). The dresses are beautiful however all 5 of my bridesmaids needed alterations. Myself and 2 of my bridesmaids went to have our dresses altered and it was $300!!! Mine alone was $185...and my sisters was $135. Her alteration was more then what we paid for the dress. When we went to do our final fitting at our scheduled time, they were literally still working on the dress when we were there. The service was the worst and they were rude. I took my other 3 bridesmaids to another alterations place that did a fabulous job for way less. The sad part about the alterations people at Davids Bridal is that they honestly did a really horrible job. There were strings hanging everywhere, they didn't steam the dress and I heard another mother-of-the-bride complaining about her alterations that were done there. If you are smart...do not invest your money at Davids Bridal alterations unless you like to throw your money away!
