      General Info
      Established in 1896, Crittenton Children s Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of psychiatric services for children and their families. Located in Kansas City, Mo., its services include acute inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and community-based and prevention services. The center s addiction program offers treatment services for several conditions, including chemical dependency, codependency, eating disorders and compulsive gambling. Additionally, Crittenton Children s Center offers residential services to help adolescents develop skills, such as anger management, problem resolution and social skills. The center also provides a customized supported living program that comprises clinical services and 24-hour supervision. Crittenton Children's Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is part of the Saint Luke's Health System.
