Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room is two restaurants under one roof, each capturing different experiences from Chef Michael Corvino. The Supper Club centers around social dining, featuring a wide variety of shareable plates based on seasonality. Our sommelier can guide you through our distinctive wine list, or our bartenders will create a tasty cocktail. Taking advantage of Kansas City’s rich and varied musical scene, there is live music nightly, adding to the ambiance. Like supper clubs of years past, you are welcomed into a warm, comfortable, and lively evening. Our menu has a wide array of flavors which changes often based on seasonality and our kitchen team’s imagination. We are able to accommodate most allergies and aversions, particularly if we know in advance. Our late night menu begins at 10pm and is served until close. Corvino Tasting Room is our small, intimate jewel box that seats just eighteen. Separated from the Supper Club, you have the theater of an open kitchen. Chef Michael’s plating table sits between you and the bustle of the cooks. Over approximately two and one-half hours, you are taken on an experience that seamlessly ties together Chef’s childhood in the Pacific Northwest, his technique and ingredient driven focus, and the constant search for both innovation and simplicity. Curated wine pairings dovetail with the menu, and will both surprise and delight you. An evening in our Tasting Room is made memorable by the highest level of hospitality and the region’s leading expression of modern American cuisine.
