      06-27-14 - Were seated at 8:00 PM, orders taken by 8:06 PM, main entree not served until 8:55 PM. There were 13 in our party, we were told it was busy but there were very few customers there when we left. Food was cold, unappetizing and ill prepared. The area we were seated in was so cold you couldn't enjoy it at all. We won't be returning any time soon!

      There has always been a small restaurant at the “Corner” in Riverside, Missouri. Enter Ed & Kathi Rule. They had never been in the restaurant business before, but they always felt they knew what good food was all about. It began on May 15, 1983, when they opened a little 40-seat cafe that served breakfast and lunch. The CORNER CAFE was born. Expansions and new buildings have been built, but we continue the traditions that started back in 1983.
