Desmond was awesome. He called to verify he wouldn't disturb the baby sleeping per the note on our file and also took the time to gather feedback on any areas of concern. Once learning we were worried about a possible wasp nest in our outdoor ceiling fan, he made sure to confirm our suspicion, treat it, and discuss treatment going forward. We live on an acre, and Desmond made sure to treat a very decent amount of our backyard so that no pests made it past the natural nodded yard boundary. He took the time to engage with our kiddo on his way out after giving us a rundown of today's visit and extended his help for any issues in the future. Can't say enough about how awesome Desmond was in his treatment of our service plan and to our family!

We noticed significant amount of ants after our recent quarterly service. I contacted the company who sent someone out to add treatment for ants. Jaden stopped by, helped us understand why we were having ants, and treated the affected areas inside and outside our house. He was courteous and helpful.
