I have only had experience with the body shop here. This shop came recommended by the insurance company. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. They are trying to tell me that the original paint job on my car has a texture and that the freshly painted bumper, now orange peel in texture is up to their standards and considered satisfactory. They offered to buff it out, and now I have fractured paint around my headlights! They sent my car home like that! Don't use the body shop the insurance recommends - pick your own! Don"t be fooled by the satisfaction guarantee it is only as good as the company behind that guarantee.
