I went last SAturday to get a full set of eyelash extensions. Tracy told me her lashes did not match her lashes so I should have her remove them. I let her remove them, so she could do the full set. She did not tell me she was putting cluster lashes on my lashes. 6 days after the clusters were applied, they are almost all gone. I contacted Tracy via text and her reply was that's normal. A full set of eyelash extentions should last 3-4 weeks. You go in every 2 weeks for a fill. Tracy is not replying back to my text now. If you offer a service, you should back up your work. I did not ask for cluster extentions. Those are not what I had on and not what I wanted. Make sure you ask what kind of lashes you are paying for. You can find thee at CVS. Cheap!

Yon, one of the stylists and owners, is amazing. I trust her with my hair like no one else. She is will help you find a style that truly suits your face and lifestyle. Plus, she's one of those truly rare scissors artists who will cut your hair so it looks good today and as it grows out. She's the only stylist I trusted when I decided to go from waist-length hair to just below my ears. And I did it totally relying on her recommendation for the style of the cut.

I am a client of Beauty Quest. I have just purchased a Hot Tools hair dryer. This is the 2nd one I have owned. The first one lasted around 10 years. I got home and unpacked my dryer, and there was something sticky all over appliance. I wonder if that came from the nail station right near the dryers? I had to use nail polish remover to get it off of the appliance. Just a bit disappointing, after I bought a new product, I had to address an issue. I am not upset, just looking out for the next customer that purchases a hair dryer. The hair dryer works just fine, I gave it a try. Very much more lightweight than my previous one. Thanks for having the hair dryers in stock, Tracy Walther.
