The Atkins-Johnson Farm and Museum is a historic house museum on 40 acres of preserved farmland. The original 1831 log cabin is encased inside the farmhouse. The site includes walking trails, heirloom garden, historic cemetery and the site of the Big Shoal Baptist Church (1827-1948).
