Walked in and was there for over 15 minutes without one sales person even acknowledging my presence. Understandably they were with other customers, but not even a "Hi, we'll be right with you" or anything. Another customer walked in was never acknowledged either, at this point there are 3 sales people all helping the previous two customers. I understand giving full attention to your present customer, but these sales people were talking about dinner, entertainment, and all kinds of social stuff which simply slowed their service down too. The customer who arrived after me - left. I left right after that. Really poor service, and sad because this location is needed -- if this is the kind of service that will continue let me offer a bit of advice: CLOSE YOUR DOORS. As a long term ATT customer, I am growing weary of the massive decline in service in all areas.
