      Founded in 1953, the Wyandot Center is a mental health care facility with a location in Kansas City, Kan. The center provides a variety of community-based, community support and comprehensive outpatient services to more than 11,000 individuals. Its staff members include case managers, therapists, psychiatrists, nurses and attendant care workers. The Wyandot Center offers outpatient and crisis management services for children, adults and families dealing with various issues, such as anger, depression and grief. The center specializes in various individual, family and group therapies. Its youth services provide specialized day treatment in a school setting. The Wyandot Center also offers case management, youth and parent support and respite care services.
