You get what you pay for at STIX. It is a bit high on the pricing, but you get enough food. Some Chef's are better than others, just like everywhere.

This place used to be fantastic, but lately they have been horrible. For example using imitation crab and charging for real crab and watching the sushi chef finish making my to go order and not getting it until 15mins later while the 4 hosts just stand around talking... Not to mention being rushed out on my birthday...

Definitely SURPRISED for some of the bad reviews. We were down for Spring Break, & made reservations for 8 people. We came about 5 minutes early, & was seated promptly. The waiter, Dylan, was very friendly & helpful. Our Chef was awesome, FUNNY, & made it a great experience!! We also had a birthday boy, so they brought him a dessert & sang to him!! Great atmosphere, clean, & friendly. We will definitely come back.

OMG! I made reservations days in advance, I was told the entire party has to be there, (which sucks) before you can be seated. It was a suprise gathering and since the Bday person and one other that was not there, we had to wait up front so the Suprise didn't go as planned, with balloons, and cake. I was upset that I had to still wait, we sat for over 10 minutes before we even seen a waiter to even get drinks, some of our party had to go to the bar to order drinks because we had to wait so long, the bust boy ignored me when i was trying to get his attention several times, to see what was going on. The service was very poor the food was overpriced. The only postive was our chef did really well, but not well enough that I would want to go back. I was irritaed after a near $30 bill, where a party of 6 or more they automatically include18% gratuity. I gave the server $40.00 and then she gone have the nerve to say "Do you want change?" Helll yeah I want my $11.00 and some change did you seriously think I would leave $15.00 tip, and the service was horrible. I will not be going back. It's very overrated!

I don't think it deserves a star, but I couldn't post without it, but I can give that to the chef was the only one that did everything right.

Hibatchi side of the restaurant is really the best side...better food and better service!

We had a resevation for a party of 32. It was a company holiday party, we were told that there was no table for us. they would not tell us how long of a wait there would be, they would not tell us anything. the manager went in the back & hid! she would not come back out to explain. we went next door & spent a bunch of money!!! And left them a hefty tip!!! So you LOSE!!!!
