Piper Middle School enrolls students in grades six through eight. The school provides classes in English, science, social studies, math, technology, language arts, and computer, health and physical education. It organizes parent-teacher conferences. The school serves a variety of food items and offers guidance counseling services. Piper Middle School has a staff of a superintendent, business manager, administrator, psychologist, media specialist, nurse, counselor, coordinator and secretaries. The school provides special education to gifted and talented students. Additionally, it offers opportunities to participate in volleyball and football. Located in Kansas City, Kan., Piper Middle School is governed by Piper USD 203, which also governs elementary and high schools.
