I and my daughter had come into your store on 8/19/2014 looking for some Big & Tall items for myself. We found all that we need and it was even on sale!! That is a rare thing for me being a big man. When we left we apparently missed picking up one of the bags from the carousal. I did not realize this until I had returned home on Friday. I assumed all was lost. My daughter who lives in KC went out to the store on the following SUNDAY... 5 days later to see if the bag had been found. She was directed to the store manager named Beth. Beth was so helpful. The bag had not been found but Beth took us at our word and replaced all of the lost item. Thank you for believing in us Ms Beth. You are awesome!!!!!! Sincerely Brian Mace

This is a good Kmart when they have the right employees working together. i would perfer not to goto Kmart after dark.
