I was a patient of KCK Dental for more than 15 years and I admired Dr. Vernon's compassion for his patients. Things changed a lot with Dr. Jones in charge. My husband needed some work done and he specifically told tham to do whatever they needed to do if it was covered by our insurances because we are not in the position to pay hundreds of dollars. Dr. Jones was in site when he was communicating with the person in charge of finances. We ended paying more than 500. for work performed on my husband and they just washed up their hands saying we should have checked with our insurances because it was our responsability. I was denied service until the whole balance was paid and when I told them that I could make payments of 50. per month they say they were sorry but they couldn't see me until my husband's balance was paid in full. SHAME on you who only looked at the patient as a dollar sign and not as a person like Dr. Vernon used to do.
