Craig is the best. He is very courteous, considerate and competely knowledgeable in his profession. He knows all there is to know in computer systems technology and can fix any virus or malware. He saved us today from disaster. It is a pleasure to have him in our home.
I called after seeing they had free tech support. The guy helped get rid of this adobe popup been driving me crazy for weeks.
added an extra computer in our warehouse and needed to have it hooked up to the interet and ups software and printer installed. i like the tech he did great job.
Showed up on time and was nice. Rate lower than others who've worked on our computers in the past. Highly recommend.
I have been a customer of Geeks on Guard for about three years now. The service has been excellent and Craig always was able to resolve my issue. I don't know how many times I called him for technical support, which by the way, he doesn't charge for. I will continue to use Geeks on Guard for both my business and home technology needs.
Service rates are fair but equipment prices are not. I could have got the same equipment at a store like Micro Center for much less. Technician was not as knowledgeable as I expected. I would suggest looking into their training and background before using them. Dont just trust word of mouth. People may not realize how much they are being screwed by this company. Local computer shops would do a better job and are more reputable than this one man show. He seemed to be some kid that should still be in college trying to find a quick easy way to make a buck. I wouldnt trust him. Look into his training and get proof before you give him your money!
