Since we offer such a wide variety of products, a quantity of products ordered helps in receiving discounts. Some products; however, do not have a minimum order needed. Blank and commercial imprinted products returned in good condition will receive a credit, replacement or refund. Custom imprinted products will be considered for return on a one to one basis, since they are created for you or a specific person. Of course, if we make the mistake we fix it for you. (Online shopping is available 24/7/365 ) We will always try to do our best; if we can't help you we will try to find a company or person that can. A design can be sent to us, and if totally ready to use, will have no charge; or we can custom design for you. We carry samples of products; basic samples of products can be ordered, if needed. Some product samples will have a digital print; if its an actual order then other options would be considered also. We are a Christian-owned and operated company.

Appointments must be made for custom work to be done for our customers... you can contact us by phone, email or fax. We offer discounted editing for orders for printing; all items grouped for specific editing must be turned in together ... contact us for more details. Custom gift baskets come with printed ribbon and specialty created details ... each one to be unique for a given custom gift basket. We take our time to do our best; we do rush jobs only if necessary. However, we prefer to take our time and do our best. If you really prefer a rush job or service, there are companies that do just that . We do custom work and prefer to do an excellent job at that.
