Unacceptable the way they treat a person. Arrived at 4;25 to pick out a frame because this is the only place that will take Medicaid. Was met at the door before even entering tell my handicap daughter in a wheelchair that they would not allow her to pick out Medicaid frames because it was past 4:30. I look at my phone it is 4:31.

Arseneau Optical of Kankakee provided great service to me and my family. They accepted my insurance when nobody in the area would. They filed all the insurance paperwork for me. It was so easy I would not hesitate again to purchase my next pair of glasses from them.
