All Bank of Hawaii branches I've been in offer good service and friendly assistance. However, my experience with the kaneohe branch about nine months ago was.....truly outstanding. My mom had a large account at that branch for many years. When my mom passed away I was touched by how the entire staff really went out of their way to be of assistance to my sister and myself in assisting us handle her funds wisely. I am particularly interested in "spot-lighting" one of them in particular. Her name was Jeanine Randolph. She actually took the time to visit us at our home with flowers just after my mom died to assure us that the bank would help us during our grief of the departure of our parent. Jeanine did just that. She helped me set up a joint checking account there with my son and a debit card enabling us to easily access funds in kaneohe alllll the way to Saipan Island in a quick and timely manner.
