I have had nothing but problems from day one. First the salesperson lied to me on the phone about payment dates, second the tech didn't have equipment that didnt work, third the tech disconnected my neighbors cable, fourth my cable and internet didnt work properly and after several calls into tech support finally gitba tech out to my house to be told, well you have 1 line coming in from main line to two houses and that's why you are only getting poor service. DOUBLE DIPPING to me..the first tech put a splitter in the box one to the neighbors then the other to mine .. Then all the customer service people on phone have been rude. So went to office in Kalispell which lady was nice, she emailed her manager in Great Falls, he was nice. The last tech was to call him when everything was resolved. Well just got off the phone with manager and the tech never called him...REALLY. I am not happy one bit. I am going to go back to CenturyLink next month!!!! Charter is the worse cable/internet provider I have ever had!!!!
