University Roadhouse is a dining restaurant operated by Housler Restaurant Group. Located in Kalamazoo, Mich., the restaurant offers a variety of appetizers, soups, sandwiches and entrees. Its menu includes American burger, stuffed portabella sandwich, stuffed bruschetta, beef stacker and chicken picatta sandwich. Some of the restaurant's starters are stuffed mushrooms, chicken quesadilla, ahi tostadas shrimp bangers and homemade chicken fingers.
