The park is very disappointing if you rent a mobile home here. Repairs and upkeep on rentals are poorly completed if repaired at all. Promise repairs here over 6 months ago not completed. Do not keep contract on their end. Will be moving soon. Do not move in for your sake. Moving old dirty trailers in . This use to be a nice park but last 2 years has gone severely downhill. Roads in bad shape and sidewalks crumbling. Had a hard time getting out this last winter dued to roads not being plow lots of times till pm. Bad when you have to work. Lot rent is way too high . No pool and community room needs updating. Carpet old needs painting.
