Had a flooded basement, they were here in a little over 2 hours. They were very professional and very helpful in helping determine where the problem is and getting things to work. I really appreciate their professionalism and going the extra step to help me out.
My mother (who is elderly) had a flood in her basement. We didn't know if a pipe had come loose or what, but the water had backed up into the bathtub and the toilet had drained of all the water in the bowl. The laundry had been going and when the water ran out through the pipes you could hear a waterfall behind a wall and then more water came out. We cleaned up the flood in the basement and waited for Roto-Rooter to come out. When he got here, he quickly assessed the problem and went to work. He "rooted" out the cause of the backup and while fixing the problem created a flood in the basement. He then said that she was at the minimum of what they had quoted her and he was going to recommend that she have the line from the house out to the road done too. She said go ahead and do it so that it will all be done. He reluctantly did it. When we told him of the flood once again down in the basement he said he doesn't do that, but he could find someone else who could. Really, you created it you would think it would be part of the job. Who goes somewhere to do a job and doesn't clean up after themselves. Obviously this particular Roto-Rooter. If I had not been here to do it, it would of been left to my mother (who I have already stated as being elderly) to either clean it up herself or wait until someone else (who she would of had to pay an additional cost to) to come at a later time to do it. Did I mention that this was in her BASEMENT?
Had water pouring into my basement. Called Roto Rooter on Kings Hwy and they came right out. Had it fixed in no time and charged a very fair price for prompt, professional service. -- Michelle Mayer
I have had Roto-Rooter out to my home on several occasions for plumbing related issues ...they are always prompt ...they do excellent work and are reasonably priced...I would highly recommend this company.
