      I've gotten poor customer service from this company.



      the first time i had rented a paint sprayer it didn't work, they said that they would call me when it was fixed so that i could rent it again. They never called. Weeks later it was Christmas season so i didn't have the time to do the work on my basement that i needed the paint sprayer for, so i waited to call them again after Christmas. a week after Christmas they said that it was rented out, and that it would be back in a week, and they would call me when it was in. Again, they never called. so two weeks later i called them back, asking when i could get the paint sprayer, I even talked with a manager.



      The entire manager's response was uncaring. He obviously didn't want my business. He even told me so by saying, "i'm sorry, if your pressed for time you can go with another rental company."
