HORRIBLE. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. 1. They didnt put my brakes back together correctly. 2. Management is CROOKED. Wouldnt do the right thing, lies, and is a JERK. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN.

Brian and his staff at the Midas on Gull Road took excellent care of me when I recently had brake problems. He patiently explained what was wrong with my car and gave me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. But then he did something that REALLY impressed me - he told me what needed to be done now and what could wait. Being a single woma, far too often I have had car shops use scare tactics on me. How refreshing to find a mechanic that is honest and cared more about customer service than making a quick buck. As long as I am in Kalamazoo, the Midas on Gull Road will have all my business.
