I am so disgusted with this company! My mom has not had heat in her home since Saturday(2-16)! On Sunday the company sent a guy out 2 service my parents furnace! He was there 15 minutes, said everything was fine but it needed 2 b cleaned! He didn't want 2 clean it because it was Sunday & then proceeded 2 charge her $159.00! My mom called me & said, it's still not working! Monday came & my mom called De Haan's & told them she still has no heat! Same guy sent out & after further assessing the heating problem, stated that it needed a new computer board & it had 2 b ordered! So it's now Tuesday & my mom calls De Haan's 2 see when 2 expect the guy & they tell her the service guy called in sick! So they told my mom they could send someone else(like duh)! Well that didn't happen! The part needed 2 b ordered & would not b in until Wednesday! This is absolutely insane that my mom has not had heat now for several days! Customer service is not a priority!!
