I would never use Gene Power again. He did a poor job of planting; no soil amendments and hole too small. A poor job of irrigation; mixing lawn with planters, we have dry spots and water hits my house. A poor job of combining plants; he mixed plants that need lots of water with those that don't require much water. He planted three trees without support stakes. Our lawn was seeded but didn't sprout. We paid extra for partial sod. The rest was reseeded with poor results. Clippings were then brought in on 07-25-13 in to fill the bare spots. It is now 11-10-13 and we still have bare spots.
