Stopped into HPM in December to source cabinets and quartz countertops for our upcoming remodel. Called the store a couple weeks later to request a quote for our job. Put through to helpful fellows voicemail, and I left a message. No response. Stopped into the store in January and asked for him. We learned that he'd retired. Started all over again with the lady who'd provided this news. This time, I'd brought a rough sketch of the kitchen, and cabinet/quartz selections from brochures obtained in December. It took a month to receive a quote/design for the cabinets, without the countertops. We were told that we'd be better off getting the product elsewhere, as their supplier wasn't very responsive (!). Minor shifting of the kitchen configuration was required, and we were told this would be just a couple of days. A week passed. E-mailed - no reply. Called the store and left a voicemail message for the manager. No response.

I honestly don't think these people want to sell anything...
