Mānoa Chocolate & Wine Bar is a locally-owned, bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker; making high-quality dark chocolate by sourcing premium cacao beans from mahiʻai (farmers) across the Hawaiian islands and around the world. Every day from 10-5pm, we welcome guests through the door of our factory and tasting room to learn about Hawaiʻi's growing cacao industry and sample bean-to bar chocolate. We encourage you to join us for one of our paid experiences (bookable via our website) or a complimentary chocolate tasting led by one of our knowledgeable kumu kokoleka (chocolate guides). Wednesday to Saturday, our tasting room transforms to a natural wine bar from 5-9pm. Join us for live music, fun conversation, and beautiful, natural wines sourced from around the world.
