Dr. Spira and the Pacific Behavioral Health Team specializes in training clients to recognize patterns that lead to difficulties, learning skills to overcome those difficulties and improve overall quality of life. We utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), evidence-based treatments for overcoming trauma, addictions and weight management, pain control, and insomnia; depression and anxiety, and other psychological and medical problems.
