The Binhi at Ani is a nice place with restricting rules. The first and only rule should be no fun allowed. They don't allow helium balloons for parties and no jumping castles. On the day of, a board member cancelled my jumping castle that I reserved and did not have the courtesy to notify me. She stated that they made an ammendment in May of 2007. I signed a contract in October of 2006 and did not receive or sign a new contract stating no jumping castles allowed. She threatened to "shut down" the party and keep our $250 deposit. I have yet to meet anyone that has receieved their full deposit. The expectations are unrealistic and idiotic. Do yourself a favor and reserve the county run community centers early. The deposit is small and you will most likely receive it back.
