My heater went out in dead of winter and not only did Brandon show up immediately, but he informed me that the only issue was my not changing my filter frequently enough(ackward). This was after another company had informed me that I needed a whole new unit..."they only have so many years." Brandon is timely, professional, HONEST, and greatly appreciated!

Much to our surprise Battson came out on a Saturday afternoon to service our AC unit, with no additional cost for a weekned call! Brandon was extremely knowledgeable,polite and not pushy. He didnt try to sell us something we didn't need. Our unit is working wonderfully. Thank you so much! We will be recommending Battson to all the homeowners at our next HOA meeting! L.Smith Justin Tx.

Our AC went out this morning I asked friends opinions and was referred to Battson Heat and Air. I think I placed the first call around noon. They were able to given me an estimate on the phone and able to come out today (Sunday). They were here by four which was earlier then expected, they were done by 4:20, and the estimate was exactly what we were charged. Brandon was very nice and professional truly enjoyed doing business with this company.

We had an emergency late on a Saturday evening. I called three plumbers who advertised 24/7 service and got voicemail on all of them. I left messages with two, stating that there was water leaking out of the air conditioner, it could not be run, and there was a newborn baby and toddler in a home with NO AC. No one called back. When I called Battson Heat & Air, you picked up right away and had someone out in less than an hour. Brandon was so nice and not only did he fix the problem, but he fixed it so that we could take care of it ourselves in the future if the problem happens again. Saving us a TON of $$$. Battson Air saved that day and will forever be our go to Air and Heat company!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told by my old ac guy that my evaporator coil was bad and would cost $2800 to replace it!!! After he left the system was working worse than before we called him. I called Battson Heat & Air and Brandon came out and cleaned my condenser coil, put his gauges on my outside unit and determined that a valve inside my evaporator was the wrong size. Upon further review the valve was totally gone! We looked around and actually found my valve in the insulation as if it had been purposefully placed there. Battson Heat & Air matched up the right valve and got me running for $400 and it's been working greast since. Thanks!! D. Griffin Richardson, TX

On July 4th, 2011, our AC stopped working and it was over one-hundred degrees outside! I phoned Battson AC for help and in less than 40 minutes Brandon Battson arrived (on a holiday no less!) and fixed the AC. I was completely satisfied with the service and wouldn't call anyone else! Justin, TX
