Solutions Mobile Unit is a non-profit organization that began in 2013 to serve the women and men of Palm Beach & Martin Counties. With the rise of health insurance costs, we understand it may be difficult to confirm a pregnancy. That is why we provide free services to include clinical grade pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultra sounds, community resource referrals and STI education. No matter what a woman plans to do about her pregnancy, a pregnancy test and ultra sound to confirm pregnancy, determine pregnancy viability and gestational age (how far along a woman is), is crucial. With seven locations and two units operating, we look forward to serving you at a location near you. Appointments are free, convenient and confidential!
