Sari is THE MOST professional, caring, dignified, intuitive, wise, knowledgeable, educated, patient, giving and friendly mental health counselor and health-field professional I have EVER encountered (she has 25 years' counseling experience & two master's degrees!)! As soon as I read her bio on my Cigna health insurance site, I knew she was for me; no other mental health professional available to me throught Cigna even provided a bio for potential clients to read. She is very spiritually aware and is a teacher that goes above and beyond. She helped my 4-year-old daughter and myself with many tools and techniques for self-awareness, self-improvement and thought/behavior changes more than I could have even ever thought to pray for. We each met with her for three sessions a week for seven straight weeks and would be continuing with her still, if not for the fact that we live in another state. She is a gift from God in Heaven above to all of mankind and those with the courage to seek self-improvement and important and necessary life changes. No M.D. could figure out what my problem was, but Sari did, and everything she said about my condition made sense. Her facility and manner continually, without pause, emanate calmness and peacefulness; even waiting in her waiting room evokes calm and peace in a person. In addition to individual and partner/group counseling, she holds women's group therapy and gives seminars and workshops and has even traveled to other countries to educate mental-health professionals in room capacities filled to overflowing. She has easy availability to other professional resources, including massage, physical therapy and meditation, all as optional adjuncts to her counseling. She recommended several extremely helpful books to read for my and my daughter's particular situations, which, if left alone to choose self-help/self-awareness books, I would be overwhelmed at the book stores. I also participated in a meditation group, led by her husband, Jim, which was very important and helpful as an additional aid to my mental health progress. I could not recommend a mental health professional more highly than I do Sari. I rate her with an infinite number of stars and thank her from the bottom of my heart for all her help and, simply put, for the person and human being and human spirit that she is, has evolved to and chooses to be.
