Dr. Mason and his staff have been treating me for sleep apnea during my time in Florida. During each consult and observation I have been very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, along with the organization and cleanliness of the office. Almost 4 months ago, I was involved in an auto accident and since this time I have been trying to tell other health care professionals about the pain I have been experiencing in my shoulder, all to no avail. The pain was affecting all aspects of my life, and the only previous solution offered was to up the pain medicine and "let it heal." Being in level 9/10 pain at all times (in spite of the meds) was affecting my job, relationships, sleep and every other aspect of my life. Having been impressed with Dr. Mason and his staff during my previous dealings, I decided to get a fourth opinion on my shoulder from Dr. Mason. Within 10 minutes of walking into his office, I was treated with a cortisone shot and for the first time since the accident, I raised my arm above my head. But, most importantly, I was mostly pain free! Dr. Mason is a very straight shooter, and prescribed PT to help rebuild the strength and continue the healing in the affected shoulder. The thing that I like the most is that he did not once mention changing or upping the dosage of my medication, rather he found the root of the problem.
