- Medical Weight LossArm lift, or brachioplasty, is used to remove excess skin and fat from underneath the arms. People who have sagging or drooping skin on the upper arms due to weight loss, aging, or genetics are good candidates for arm lift surgery. After brachioplasty, the arms appear significantly more trim, firm, and smooth.

- Ear SurgeryEar surgery is typically performed to set prominent ears back closer to the head, or to reduce the size of large ears. Surgery may be helpful for “lop ear,” “cupped ear” and “shell ear,” large or stretched earlobes, and lobes with large creases and wrinkles. The operation can be performed on children as young as four years of age when the ears are fully grown. The procedure lasts from two to three hours and may be performed in a hospital, office-based facility or an outpatient surgery center under general or local anesthesia.

- Brow Lift“I recently had a face & brow lift that Doctor Lombardo performed. I was very nervous having this procedure but Dr. Lombardo explained in great details how the procedure would be conducted in terms that I could understand. - Eyelid SurgeryOften a mini-lift can be performed instead of a full face lift. The mini-lift is limited to the lower portion of the face, correcting jowl and neck problems, while the traditional face lift includes the upper part of the face as well. Some patients opt to combine a face lift with other procedures, such as eyelid surgery, or skin resurfacing to achieve a full effect.
- LiposuctionLiposuction can help sculpt your body, restore a more shapely form, and improve your fit in clothes by removing unwanted fat from specific areas, such the abdomen, love handles, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, cheeks and neck.
- Breast AugmentationBreast augmentation can enhance your appearance, improve your self-confidence, and broaden your ability to wear different clothing by changing the shape and size of your breasts to better match your body style.Breast augmentation is also used to rebalance a voluptuous figure, correct lost volume resulting from age or pregnancies, and balance asymmetrical breasts
- Breast ReductionLarge, pendulous breasts may cause a woman to potentially experience various medical problems caused by the excessive weight of the breast tissue. Problems with posture, skeletal deformities, back and neck pain, and skin irritations are common with this condition. Bra straps often leave indentations in the shoulder area. Many women, especially teenage girls, are very self-conscious because of their unusually large breasts. With breast reduction surgery, women of all ages are able to have breasts that are better shaped and in proportion.
- Breast LiftA breast lift, also known as mastopexy, raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour.
- RhinoplastyRhinoplasty is performed to change the appearance of the nose to be more aesthetic and pleasing. Sometimes the hump is removed, usually the nose is thinned out at the tip and slightly elevated. It is usually necessary to narrow the nose at the time of surgery. A splint and packing are removed by the 5th day and most people are presentable in approximately a week to 10 days. If you have difficulty breathing, your insurance may pay for a portion of the procedure.
- Plastic SurgeryWhen it comes to plastic surgery, men and women are not created equal. The masculine facial features and prominent muscle structure of a man’s body requires a different approach than the much softer female features. Dr. Lombardo understands the specific cosmetic needs of men and is able to provide you with professional guidance on male plastic surgery.
- Thigh LiftWith aging, skin gets loose and flabby as natural elasticity disappears. In women, this tendency may result in large areas of saggy skin. Thigh lifting is meant to stretch skin back into place, improve contours by making tighter, more attractive thigh and buttock skin, reduce fat layers and decrease irregularities in the skin surface, if necessary, and excise surplus skin.
- Face LiftAging of the face is inevitable, and with time the skin of the face and neck loosens. Age, sun exposure, gravity, and genetics all contribute to skin changes. Fine lines become wrinkles, and gradually deeper folds. The jaw line softens into jowls, and beneath the chin excess skin starts to sag. The face lift has become the third most performed facial cosmetic procedure in the last few years.

- BlepharoplastySometimes blepharoplasty also can improve your vision by providing a less obstructed field of view, once droopy eyelids are improved.
- AbdominoplastyA tummy tuck, or an abdominoplasty, can significantly enhance your appearance and self-confidence. The procedure involves the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen and tightening the muscles of the abdominal wall. This procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen and remove excess bulk.
- Nose SurgeryChin surgery, also known as mentoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reshape the chin either by enhancement with an implant or reduction surgery on the bone. Many times a plastic surgeon may recommend chin surgery to a patient having nose surgery in order to achieve facial proportion, as the size of the chin may magnify or minimize the perceived size of the nose. Chin surgery helps provide a harmonious balance to your facial features so that you feel better about the way you look.
- Body LiftAlso called circumferential torsoplasty, panniculectomy and lipectomy, the body lift is performed to remove excess skin and sometimes also fat from the torso and upper legs (affecting the abdomen, back, buttocks, hips and thighs). It is a complicated procedure that can take three to seven hours under general anesthesia and involves a difficult recovery period of four to six weeks.

- Laser ResurfacingLaser resurfacing, in principle, produces younger looking skin in a similar way as does a chemical peel, and is used to remove areas of damaged or wrinkled skin, minimize the appearance of fine lines, and is also effective in treating facial scars or areas of uneven pigmentation.
- GynecomastiaAlthough rarely discussed, enlarged male breasts is a common condition. Gynecomastia affects approximately 40 to 60 percent of men. There is no known cause, although there has been some correlation with various drugs or medical conditions. Men who feel self-conscious about their appearance are helped with breast-reduction surgery. The procedure removes fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a contoured chest that is flatter and firmer.
- Cosmetic SurgeryThere is no precise answer to this question. Surgery does not affect the ongoing aging process which is largely dependent upon genetics. What cosmetic plastic surgery does is turn back the clock. Unfortunately, aging is inevitable. Although with cosmetic surgery, you are able to continue to look more youthful and in shape.
- DermabrasionDermabrasion is the removal of the outer layers of the skin with a high-speed rotary sanding wheel. Topical creams or injections are usually used for anesthesia. Dermabrasion is particularly effective for treating creases around the mouth and for acne scars with sharp edges that cast shadows. Unlike chemical peels or laser resurfacing, it cannot be used around the eyes.
- Bariatric SurgeryCandidates for body lifts typically either cannot lose significant amounts of weight, or already suffer from loose (inelastic) skin on many or most areas of the body as a result of age, childbearing or extreme weight loss due to diet, exercise or bariatric surgery. Because of this, the procedure is often combined with others such as breastlifts, facelifts and armlifts to retain a proper body
- Forehead LiftA forehead lift or “browlift” is a procedure that restores a more youthful, refreshed, and cheery look to the forehead, eye brows and upper eyelid areas. By removing excess skin and muscle, the procedure corrects drooping brows, improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make you look angry, sad or tired, and tightening the skin of the upper eyelid. The incisions are well hidden along the frontal hairline or in the hair, and with the use of an endoscope (a small camera that allows the procedure to be performed with minimal incisions), the incisions are almost impossible to see. The particular type of incision to be used is dependent on your goals and desires. Also, a forehead lift is often performed in conjunction with eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) or a facelift to provide a smoother, overall balanced look to the eyes and face.
