Dr. Jefferson R. Vaughan is the Medical Director of the Surgical Weight Control Program at Jupiter Medical Center. He started this program in 2001 with an extensive background in weight loss surgery. The program is Accredited by the American College of Surgeons. We use a state of the art 3 Dimensional visualization technology to perform our Laparoscopic procedures. To date, Dr. Vaughan has performed over 2,000 Laparoscopic Gastric Bypasses, and has trained 36 surgical teams from around the world in his techniques.
