      Our Mission The mission of Central Utah Counseling Center is to provide competent and compassionate behavioral healthcare to individuals and the communities in which we are located. Serving Utah's Six Central Utah Counties Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier and Wayne We offer a 24 Hour Emergency Service please call. We offer programs for mental health counseling and substance abuse counseling.
