I took my car in because one of my tires was always low....so I decided to buy four new tires from Firestone. I spent a little over $900 on what I had done to my car and my car was at Firestone from 8:00 a.m until about 5:30 p.m. I would think that if my car was there that long, it would be fixed...but of course I was wrong. The next day, one of my tires was low again, so I took my car back to Firestone...They noticed that the valve stem or whatever you call it was cracked, so I needed another one...(My car was there pretty much all day, and they did replace others so why didn't they notice this? And this was the rim where the tire was low in the first place) Not mad yet!!! So after they noticed the crack, they said they were going to order the part and to come in the next day, so I did. Wen I went in to get my brand new tire fixed for the 3rd time...they tell me, the part isn't in yet, come bak 2morrow. Now, I hav to continue putting air in my tire bcause it keeps gng on flat.
