Building upon our community oriented heritage and tradition, the Mission of Sedgwick County Health Center is to provide high quality health and resident care services to the people of northeast Colorado and the surrounding Nebraska area.?? The facility has 25 beds of which 25 are Adult and/or Pediatric Care. We also have a Nursing home that is able to assist you. Sedgwick County Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home provides extended-stay nursing care to seniors with varying levels of disabilities in Julesburg, CO.
