As I was moving from Saint Petersburg, Fl. to Carson City, Nv I started having problems in New Mexico. The mechanic in New Mexico completely misdiagnosed the problem costing me time and money I didn't need to spend and time I didn't have. By some miracle I didn't break down on the freeway and limped into to Joseph City Ar. There I met the greatest bunch of people you could hope for JC, Mary and the rest of the group. They provided transportation for me and my two dogs to the nearest hotel. Had my transmission changed out in about 24 hours and I was back on the road. The next day I drove over 12 hours straight no problems! Cant say enough good things about the character the people I met there and the quality of work they did!!!!! Thank you all and a special thank you to Taylor the mechanic that changed my transmission. Great job Taylor!!!!!!!!

My car broke down in Joseph City and this shop was a God send. Gale Hansen (owner) was very attentive, helpful, and very friendly. He had to order my part which wouldnt be in until the next day. His wife drove me to a hotel and even picked me up the next day and brought me back to the shop. They worked on my car as a priority and had me back on the road in no time. I enjoyed their personalities so much, next time I drive through there, I will definitely stop and say hi !!!
