I cannot speak highly enough about Suzette's. It is a rare treasure. It is definitely 5 star caliber. The food is heavenly. But more than that, the chef/owner, will customize any dish that you order (if you have allergies, etc.) and goes out of his way to make you happy. He is renowned, having worked in the best of restaurants and has newspaper articles and books to prove it, yet he prefers to live a quiet life, running his own mom and pop style restaurant. Fresh flowers on the table and jewelry for sale up front. Very quaint and out of the way, it makes a nice escape. The food is to die for! The fruit Napoleon is so light and delicious...I cannot say enough about Suzettes! I highly recommend it. Call first though, to be sure they are open. Owning your own restaurant has it's priviledges, and choosing your hours to be open is one of them. It is worth the call and worth the drive. Five Stars from me!

Wow. What a find! I can't believe the caliber of food found in this restaurant. I have dined at many of the best Zagat-rated restaurants on both Coasts, and the food here was any of their equals. The atmosphere left a little to be desired, but the food more than made up for it. Put this on your list when you are truly looking for a culinery treat.
