Provided by DexKnowsAn email I sent to Bohn last June to which they sent no reply.....By Gary not drilling to the depth I requested, our iron content (while decent at first) is now terrible. I made the depth request for iron reasons after speaking with all my immediate neighbor’s. I told Gary before he started that I was very adamant about getting water from at least 205’ not 130’.The stump Charlie refused to haul remained an eye sore for over a year until I finally was able to get it burned down to where my Dad’s 4x4 was able to drag it to the back yard.Last fall, I was digging a post hole 8 feet from the back corner of my house foundation for a privacy fence. I was only a few inches deep when I smelled sewage. The hole started to pool with what looked like sewage. Was there a tank put in only 8 feet off the back of the house and only 1 foot deep? I could only dig down about a 1' in the aforementioned hole as I was stopped by what sounded like a tank ofsome sort. Should I be concerned?

Provided by DexKnows...to be there when they put the gravel down for the drive and did the final grade. After they left I had to have all there work re-done. I had monster sinkholes around all the septic man hole covers (county said Bohn didn't pack the fill) and in the drive where they stubbed in the well pipe. I had to bring in a lot of gravel to fix the drive. I had to pay someone else to grade the yard. I couldn't get Bohn to even come pick up there stumps even thought the contract stated stump removal.........

Provided by DexKnowsI contracted with Bohn on my new home only because i wanted one stop shopping for my well, septic and grading. What a mistake. I could only get them to start on my house after I threatened to involve my Attorney. I had a couple requests that I had built into the contract. one was I wanted my well 205' deep as this is where the neighbors stated i needed to be to avoid the heavy iron content. I also contracted to have to stumps removed and a final grade included. They stopped at 135' and tried to bill me for 205'. Gary refused to go deeper. they called and said they were just going to drop off the septic tanks. I get home and they said they were all done with everything. There was no final grade. I had monster stumps pulled but left in my yard. They did a quick dump truck drop of gravel in my drive and called it the driveway they contracted. They did the entire septic, grading and drive in less than a day. I had specific requests that I wanted to be there the day they............
