Capable of good work, if and only if they follow through on calls, quotes, etc. Very good at excuses. Small jobs, past customers are ignored. Don't waste your time. Find someone actually interested in your business.

I called the office four times, I kid you not, four times requesting a quote and each time I got the same response. "I will give Mr. Goss the message and have him call you". The economy must not be having an impact on Mr. Goss otherwise I would have thought h might want to return my phone call. So, I have no idea how good the work is because I couldn't even get a phone call. It's a shame because several of my neighbors said they did decent work but what good is it if they don't provide quotes and return phone calls

I was referred to Goss by a neighbor who was happy with the job Goss did on his roof. My own roof installation went great - the roof is solid and looks good. I referred Goss to a coworker who hired him for his roof and some other work - he's happy; no problems. I recommend Goss Contracting.
