We signed up with one of their internet packages. When they came out to install our internet & found out they also sell Dish & Directv. We decided to sign up with Dish while the Tech was here & he actually was able to install it right after he finished the internet install. The price is exactly what they promised it would be. Even with the strong winds lately we have yet to lose internet or TV even once. A+++
Signed up for security system with them. I have never felt that my family was safer. They care about my family's safety. I am not just another number like at a big box security outfit. If you value your family's safely & well being I highly recommend Wireless Connections. I would also like to add that from my first phone call everyone knew my name & my system was installed & up within a week. Their service can not be matched!
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They were able to answer all of my questions honestly & accurately. They even offer next day install. I had called around & no one else offers next day install. Their Tech took the time to make sure I understood exactly how my system worked before he left. Seamless install, I can't say enough great things about Wireless Connections!

I went in with certain questions and requests. All of my requests were supposed to be met, but once they had me signed up the promises and guarantees went out the window. I'd requested a specific installer and installation time approximately 3 weeks ahead of time. I was told that everything was set to go. The week of the installation I was it on the scheduled time because another project had bumped me. Certain aspects of my installation that I was told I was actually paying for where told to me during installation where not covered in that price. They left a hole in the siding on the side of my house that I didnt find for a couple months. Absolutely check every piece of work that they do to make sure they do everything they are supposed and don't let them leave or sign their completion sheet until it is all done. I strongly recommend getting absolutely everything in writing before you even sign up for service in the store. Make sure you have something that will make them accountable.
