They make up their own rules, with their layaway plans. You make payments and their employee's not documenting that you made a payment. So they tell you that your layaway is void, because you haven't been making payments, so they in term tells you that you don't get none of your money back that you paid on it, you just lost it all, even if it $500 dollars. It doesn't matter if you show bank statement or receipts, because they fail to document it. They also will give you a cheaper different item, then what you paid for. They are crooks, they will tell you that it is the right item and it is not. Your word against their and guest what they will alway win.Signed Ripped Off Customer
