I am a frequent visitor to the Oxford Park Apartments, so take my review for whatever its worth. If you are parking your car at this complex, beware! Dent and dings seem frequent and I am always seeing glass in the parking lot! By now you would think that they would have fixed the deteriorating state of the east side lot, it really makes the place look more trashy and unmaintained. Also; clean up the excessive bird droppings on the stairwells, it has been a problem every year I have been there! Very unsanitary!! Ive been to the pool only a few times, every time I have been there the pool has been very dirty. The tenants now come to my home pool for this reason. I would not choose to rent here just from what Ive seen.

My family are tenants and we love these apartments and the management team is always ready to help! The pools and grounds are kept clean and safe, which leaves us confident in raising our family here. The recent fire was a tragedy but the way management and most of the tenants have come together to support those who were victims of the fire is wonderful! We are thankful to live in such a safe complex with management who is actively invested in the well being of all who rent here. We haven't had any problems and as long as they are here managing will be perfectly happy to stay because it is conveniently located in Joplin, a safe private property and a great family environment.

we have a beautiful peaceful quite property we live onsite and love it, the only time we get persons that post bad things like is written here are simply becasue they cannot control their visitors nor abide by the rules. when a child stands up to an adult (Management) and cusses them and make obscene jesters to them and they do not live on the property why would that kind of behavior be rewarded ! she was barred due to the behavior of herself this all happened in July so why did you choose that day I am not going to say anymore other than the fact that you posted your comments on 10 websites the day of our fire here what character that shows you having! If you are unhappy here simply move! the guy that was on our property the day of the fire the same day you posted these reviews was not allowed to be on the property noone was the fire dept was trying to put out the fires, the police dept is the one that removed your relative due to HIS agressive behavior that the POLICE DEPT witnessed

The rules are stated very clearly, IF YOU ARE A TENANT, that if you have guests at the pool, they must be accompanied by the tentant. Last year, I witnessed many people who came to the apartments just to swim. They played loud music, drank alcohol, litered our pool, and disrespected tentants. Oxford Apts. are located in a great area, close to everything a person needs. I have lived here for 2 years and its very quiet, well maintained, and the managers are just doing there job. They are protecting my rights to have peace and quiet and santityorite, or highly recommended because
